Place a

-inch Allen key between the roller and the edge of the turnstile base, as shown. Hold the

Allen key in place as you turn the Nyloc nut to the right to increase the tension between the roller
and the turnstile base until the Allen key stays in place with the Nyloc nut released.

After releasing the Nyloc nut, carefully remove the Allen key from between the roller and turnstile
base. The Allen key should be removed with minimal resistance.

Verify that the top of the roller is aligned with the upper edge of the turnstile base, as shown. If the
two components are not properly aligned, loosen the set-screw with an Allen key, and adjust the
roller up or down as necessary to achieve proper alignment.
