Storage panel

Removal of the storage panel may be required for performing various maintenance operations. The outer
door must be removed from the front of the station before the storage panel can be removed from its rails.
Electronic harnesses—labeled
middle compartments at the back of the storage unit. When installing the storage panel, run the harnesses
through the adjacent plastic cable ties to hold them in place and direct them out the back of the storage
panel. Disconnect the harnesses at the storage-unit connections before removing the drawers from the slide
assembly. Connect them to activate the LED lights when you are reattaching the storage panel. The panel
rails slide onto the slide-assembly rails and then latch into place
If you must cut the cable ties to remove the electronic harnesses from the connections above the back of
the storage drawers, attach new cable ties when you reattach the harnesses. The cable ties keep the har-
nesses in place and prevent them from being pulled loose as the storage drawer moves back and forth.
Follow these steps to attach the storage panel to the rails.

With the metal drawer-rail assembly in place, slide the inner rails out until they are about two feet
outside the station front.

Position the storage-panel assembly with the open cubby holes facing you and the closed backs of
the holes facing the station.

Carefully lift the storage-panel assembly onto the drawer-rail assembly so the lower flange of the
stationary storage-panel rails fits over the top of the extended rail from the drawer assembly.

Slide the upper stationary rail on the storage panel assembly over the extended rail from the slide
assembly until the upper rail is secured under the small tab about twelve inches from the end of the
extended rail, as shown. Then snap the storage-panel rail into place on the extended rail.
