Nexus Station Diagnostics menu
The Diagnostics menu allows you to test specific station functions to help determine whether a mechanical
failure has occurred. Tests for the following mechanical components are available.
Carousel position (move left or right)
Carousel lock-pin (lock or unlock)
Security door (open or close)
Slide plate (open or close)
Air valve (open or close)
Push rod (move up or down)
Brake (open or close)
RFID reader (detect a carrier on load or unload or send/receive)
Work lights (turn off or on)
LED lights (test each color)
Follow these steps to open the Nexus Station Diagnostics menu

Tap
to open the Settings menu.
Tap Station Test; then tap Diagnostics to display the Diagnostics menu, as shown next
