With the cables attached to the carabiner clips, crank the winch handle clockwise to start raising the
core from the station or platform. Then do one of the following:
If you are raising the assembly into the station to install it, continue raising the core until the
lower aluminum frame aligns with the top of the lower fascia, or
If you are removing the assembly from the station, raise it as high as possible.
Verify that the winch locks into place after you have stopped cranking the arm.

With the winch locked in place and the core assembly base aligned with the top of the lower fascia,
tilt the core-turnstile assembly forward from the top and begin guiding the core either toward the
inside of the station or outward past the front of the station if you are removing it.

Move to the right side of the core assembly while holding the top frame, and lift the lower frame so
the motors and mechanical pieces underneath the core assembly clear the base fascia frame. Then,
do one of the following:
If you are installing, continue sliding the core assembly back toward the inside of the station until
the motors underneath have cleared the base fascia. Then, begin straightening the core-assembly
while gently pushing it toward the back of the station until the lower frame rests on the alumi-
num base-fascia frame, as shown.
