Tighten the shoulder screw to secure the motor arm at the spacer. Verify that the alignment of the
roller and key-groove is correct with the side of the roller flush against the edge of the turnstile base,
as shown next.

Connect the harnesses to the back of the motor, as shown.
Then follow the instructions for reinstalling the core assembly into the station.

Roller and key groove
The rubber roller that rests against the outside of the turnstile base, along with the motor attached to it,
helps control the rotation of the turnstile. Although the position of the roller is calibrated at the factory,
after normal use, or after the turnstile motor is replaced, the position of the roller and key groove may
require readjustment.
Follow these steps to adjust the position of the roller and key groove.

With the turnstile motor and arm fully attached, locate the Nyloc nut beneath the bracket to the
right of the motor and arm.
