7.8. DISMANTLING THE PULLEY UNIT WITH PEDAL CRANK

Carry out the operations in the paragraph: 7.1.
"IMPORTANT NOTE ON DISMANTLING" and
7.7. "Dismantling the guard".
1. Unscrew the cap (a) using snap ring pincers
or scissors.
2. Unscrew the bolt (c) using a 13mm socket
wrench.
3. Dismantle the pedal lever (c) using a
common bicycle pedal remover as shown in
the figure.
WARNING::
tighten the pedal lever using a torque
wrench set at 40Nm.
