Sharing
The file transfers to your computer. The sharing control panel display indicates when the file transfer
is complete.
To reject the file, click Reject in the sharing control panel.
The sharing control panel display indicates that the file transfer is cancelled.

Accessing received files

After you successfully receive a file, you can open an Explorer Window to access the transferred
file. The Avaya Aura
To locate the file, click Open in the sharing control panel.

AS 5300 Office Client opens a Windows explorer window and directs you to its
incoming file directory.

Sharing a whiteboard

You can share a common drawing window with another user. Both users can use the Share
Whiteboard tool to draw in the window and both users can see the results of the shared whiteboard.

Sending a share whiteboard request

About this task
Use this procedure to start sharing a whiteboard.
Procedure
1. Click Sharing in the Conversation window for the call.
The Conversation window expands to show the sharing control panel.
2. Click Share Whiteboard from the sharing control panel.
The Avaya Aura
whiteboard request to be accepted or rejected. While waiting for remote party acceptance,
the share whiteboard request is in the pending state.
Tip:
Before the remote party accepts or rejects your share whiteboard request, you can
cancel the share whiteboard request by clicking Stop.
If the remote party accepts the share whiteboard request, the whiteboard application starts,
and the sharing control panel indicates that the whiteboard is opened.
