Troubleshooting calling and messaging problems
This section discusses problems you can encounter with calls or messaging sessions.
Note that some problems can occur because enhanced features of the Avaya Aura
Client may not be supported on your network. Ask your system administrator what features are
available for your use.
Cannot complete call
Verify that you dialed the correct number, and redial. If redialing does not cause the call to complete,
it is possible that your network does not support connection to the number you dialed. Contact your
system administrator for more information.
Voicemail button is disabled
The Voicemail button is disabled if your voicemail access is not configured or not available. Take the
following steps:
• Ensure that your system administrator has assigned you access to the voicemail service.
• Configure your voicemail preferences.
