Tip:
You can remove additional groups without closing the Manage Groups window. Repeat
Steps 2 and 3 for each group you want to remove.
Tip:
No Group is the default group. You cannot remove it.

Managing your Friends

You can mark contact entries as Friends and you can display the presence information for these
Friends.
Tip:
Friends can prevent you from seeing their presence information. See Avaya Aura
Server 5300 Personal Agent User Guide, (NN42040-105) for more information about how to ban
users from seeing your presence information.
Tip:
The maximum number of entries that you can have as Friends is pre-defined and provisioned by
your service provider or system administrator.
You can designate a contact a Friend by:
• selecting the This contact is a friend check box in the Contact Details window for a contact.

Viewing your Friends

About this task
Use this procedure to see the presence information for your Friends.
Procedure
Perform one of the following:
• Click My Friends on the Multimedia toolbar.
• Click Contacts in the Microsoft Outlook navigation pane and then click the My Friends in
Multimedia view tab.
• Select Multimedia > My Friends.
