The Avaya Aura
AS 5300 Office Client keeps a record of all incoming and outgoing calls. All call
log entries are stored within the Avaya Aura
Calls folder (for incoming calls) and an Outgoing Calls folder (for outgoing calls). These records
are stored locally on your PC and not on your mail server.

Checking your Incoming Calls folder

About this task
Incoming calls are listed within the Incoming Calls folder, which is a subdirectory of the Avaya
®
Aura
AS 5300 Office Client folder group.
Use this procedure to check your Incoming Calls folder for your incoming calls.
Procedure
1. Expand the Avaya Aura
folder OR Select Multimedia > Incoming Calls.
A list of your incoming calls appears.
2. Double-click a call log entry to open the Message Contents window.
