Checking your Outgoing Calls folder

About this task
Outgoing calls are listed within the Outgoing Calls folder, which is a subdirectory of the Avaya
®
Aura
AS 5300 Office Client folder group.
Use this procedure to check your Outgoing Calls folder for your outgoing calls.
Procedure
1. Expand the Avaya Aura
folder. OR Select Multimedia > Outgoing Calls.
A list of your outgoing calls appears.
2. Double-click a call log entry to open the Message Contents window.
The caller and call recipient are listed in the header. The body of the message shows the call
data.

Deleting call log entries

About this task
Use this procedure to permanently delete a call log entry.
Procedure
1. Select the call log entry you want to delete.
2. Select Edit > Delete or right-click the entry and choose Delete. You can also press Delete
on your keyboard.
Tip:
You can remove multiple call log entries from the Incoming Calls folder or the Outgoing
Calls folder at the same time. Select a range of entries (using either shift+click or ctrl
+click) and then select Edit > Delete.

Saving call log entries

About this task
You can save your call log entries from your Incoming Calls folder or your Outgoing Calls folder to
your PC.
