Conductor Recommendations
Ensure that you use cables suitable for the terminal block of the 5900S. The
terminal block is designed for cables that meet the specifications as illustrated
below.
Conductor connection
Solid
Flexible
With wire end ferrule
With plastic collar ferrule
In case conductor insulation diameter exceeds 2.9 mm it may not be possible
to insert cable properly into the terminal block. In such a case the stripping
length may have to be increased. Adjust stripping length such that no bare
conductor appears outside the terminal when conductor is attached to the
terminal block.
