4. Put the two O-rings in the grooves on
the upper surface of the Flange Ball.
5. Turn the flange around and insert the
Antenna Waveguide into the flange
hole.
6. Mount the washers and nuts.
7. Note that the purpose of the Stop
Washer is to prevent the antenna
from falling down into the tank.
Therefore it fits tightly to the Antenna
Waveguide.
