5. Click the Change button and set the device to Out Of Service (OOS)
mode. In case you don't change device mode now, it will automatically
be changed when starting the Measurement Setup wizard.
6. Click the Guided Setup button to open the Guided Setup window.
7. Click the Measurement Setup button to start the configuration wizard.
In case the device was not set to Out Of Service mode, a warning
message will appear that the device needs to be in Out Of Service
mode in order to make configuration changes:
