The following example for the ToUCase instruction is for when In is 'xyz'. The value of variable abc will
be 'XYZ'.

Precautions for Correct Use
• Two-byte letters are not converted.
• An error occurs in the following cases. ENO will be FALSE, and Out will not change.
• In results in a character code error.
