The Clear instruction initializes the value of data to initialize InOut.
If an initial value attribute is set for a variable, the specified initial value is used. If an initial value attri-
bute is not set, the default initial value for the data type of InOut is used. If InOut is an external variable,
the default initial value of the data type of InOut is used regardless of the initial value attribute of the
global variable for the external variable.
The default values for the data types are given below.
