A-1 Error Codes That You Can Check
with ErrorID
Error codes are assigned to the errors that can occur when instructions are executed. When you use
instructions that have an error code output variable (ErrorID), you can use the error codes to program
error processing.
The following table lists the instructions with ErrorID and the error codes that can occur for those
instructions. Refer to the NY-series Troubleshooting Manual (Cat. No. W564) for the meanings of the
error codes.
Additional Information
You can check for errors for instructions that do not have ErrorID in the events in the event log.
