I/O Name and Functions
Input External interrupt request 0 to 4:
These are input pins for external
interrupts for which there is a choice
between rising and falling edge sensing
Input Wakeup interrupt request 0 to 7:
These are input pins for external
interrupts that are detected at the falling
edge
Output Clock output: This is an output pin for
wave-forms generated by the timer A
output circuit
Input Timer F event counter input: This is an
event input pin for input to the timer F
counter
Output Timer FL output: This is an output pin
for waveforms generated by the timer FL
output compare function
Output Timer FH output: This is an output pin
for waveforms generated by the timer FH
output compare function
Input Timer G capture input: This is an input
pin for the timer G input capture function
Input Timer Y clock input: This pin inputs an
external clock to the timer Y counter.
Output 14-bit PWM output: This pin outputs the
waveform generated by the 14-bit PWM.
