Processing details
• These instructions shift the (n2) word(s) of area to the left within the (n1) words of data area starting from the device
specified by (d). After the shift, (n2) points from (s) are set into (n2) points from (d).
• When a constant is specified for (s), the specified value is stored in (n2) point(s) of area in the device from (d) after the shift.
• When (n2) is 0, the processing is not performed.
