Reduced acceptance after component replacement and firmware
change
After a component has been replaced or the firmware updated, a reduced acceptance test of
the safety functions must be performed.
Measure
Replacing the Control Unit.
Replacing the Power Module.
Replace the motor with an identi-
cal pole pair number
Replace the gearbox with an iden-
tical ratio
Replacing safety-related periph-
erals (e.g. Emergency Stop
switch).
