(3) When an extension A/D converter module is connected to a main D/A
converter module
When an extension A/D converter module is connected to a main D/A converter module, the conversion speed is
fixed to 100s for the main D/A converter module and the extension A/D converter module. In addition,
processing time (100s) arises between the conversion processing of each channel. Therefore, the conversion
period of the main D/A converter module is given by the following:
Conversion period = (Conversion speed (100s) + Processing time (100s))  Number of conversion enabled
channels
Ex.
Assuming that the number of conversion enabled channels is 4 for both the main D/A converter module
and the extension A/D converter module
Main D/A converter module

channels: CH1 to CH4)
Extension A/D converter
module (conversion enabled
channels: CH1 to CH4)
Conversion period of the main D/A converter module = (100s + 100s)  4 = 800s
