Non-volatile
The error history data stored in the non-volatile
memory data error
memory are abnormal.

Incorrect network
With the network parameters in an incorrect
parameter access
status, the D/A converter module has been
error
accessed.
Remote buffer
A buffer memory area other than the remote
memory access
buffer memory areas has been accessed using
error
the REMFR/REMTO instruction.
An address other than those assigned to the
extension I/O module has been set for the
external signal assignment function.
External signal
 indicates a type of the following errors:

error
2: Alert output function
3: Error output
4: Warning output

The user range setting value has been set to a
value where the offset value is equal to or

greater than the gain value.
value inversion
 indicates the number of the channel where
an error has occurred.
The value set in CH Digital value (RWw2 to

Mode switch
A value out of the range is set in mode switch

Description and cause
Action
• To set the parameters of the non-volatile
memory back to their default, change
Parameter information clear request (address:
1002H) as follows: Not commanded
(0)Commanded (1)Not commanded.
• Set the parameters again.
• Take anti-noise measures including the use of
shielded cables for connection.
• If this error persists, the failure of the module is
a possible cause. Please consult your local
Mitsubishi representative.
• The module will be automatically recovered
immediately after the error occurs. Note that the
error history of the errors that have occurred will
be lost.

Set the network parameters correctly.
Correct the set data of the REMFR/REMTO
instruction to access the remote buffer memory.
Adjust the external signal assignment function to
fall within the addresses assigned to the extension
I/O module.
Set a unique address.
Correct the setting so that the offset value is
smaller than the gain value.
Set the value of CH Digital value (RWw2 to
RWw5) within the allowable range.
Correct the settings of CH1 Alert output upper limit
value (address: 0106H) to CH4 Alert output lower
limit value (address: 010DH) so that the alert
output lower limit value is smaller than the alert
output upper limit value.
Reset the mode switch (address: 0000H) to either
of the following:
• Normal conversion mode (0H)
• Trigger output mode (1H)
• Automatical judgment mode (9H)
