Set the range of scale conversion for each channel.
For details on the scaling function, refer to the following:
• Scaling Function ( Page 95, Section 8.9)
(a) Setting range
• Setting range: -32000 to 32000
(b) Enabling the setting
Turn on and off Initial data setting request flag (RY9) to enable the setting.
(c) Default value
The default value is 0 for all channels.

● A channel where a value out of the range above is set causes an error with the error code (090H or 190H) being
stored in Latest error code (RWr0), Error flag (RXA) turning on, and the ERR. LED lighting up.
● By default, 0 is set and so change the setting value when using the scaling function.
● The settings must satisfy the condition: Scaling upper limit value > Scaling lower limit value. A channel that does not
satisfy the condition causes an error with the error code (091H or 191H) being stored in Latest error code (RWr0),
Error flag (RXA) turning on, and the ERR. LED lighting up.
● If Scaling enable/disable setting (address: 010EH, 020EH) is set to Disabled (1), the settings of CH Scaling lower limit
value and CH Scaling upper limit value are ignored.
(16)Extension module identification code
The identification code of a connected extension module is stored.
If the extension D/A converter module is connected, 2211H is stored.
