Exporting large amounts of data can take as long as a few hours depending on compression, file type, file
size, and number of files. To avoid this issue, export data frequently—for example, after each patient exam
or at the end of each day.
Note
1 Insert the USB storage device. See
2 In the patient list, select the patient exams you want to export.
3 Select Exp. USB on-screen. A list of USB devices appears.
4 Choose the USB storage device you want to use.
If you want to hide patient information, clear the Include patient information on images and clips check
box.

5 Select Export. The files are finished exporting approximately five seconds after the USB animation stops.

6 To stop in-progress exporting, select Cancel Export.
To export patient exams automatically
To export patient exams automatically to a USB memory stick:
1 Make sure that automatic export is enabled. See
2 Insert a USB memory stick into a USB port on the side of the system.
3 End the exam.
To delete images and clips
1 Select one or more patient exams in the patient list.
2 Select
Delete to delete the selected exams. A confirmation screen appears.
To manually archive images and clips
You can send patient exams to a DICOM printer or archiver, or to a PC using SiteLink Image Manager. DICOM
and SiteLink Image Manager are optional features. For more information about archiving, refer to the DICOM
and SiteLink Image Manager documentation.
1 Select one or more patient exams in the patient list.

You can export patient exams only if they have ended. Refer to
