This case is one of the few cases that cannot be run in the tower but can be
run in the HCSF. The reason for this is that from the tower, forward print order
documents are fed on the right side of the tower, face down. This means that
the last sheet in a collation is actually fed first. Since this example has the
EOC mark on the last sheet in the collation, the inserter will thing that the col-
lation is complete even if it.
If the customer were to have a HCSF with scanning installed, they would be
able to run this job

Lets look at a job that has both an EOC and a BOC mark printed on it. Given
the same scenario where the customer would like to run a Top Address Z fold
and the BOC mark is on the First Page and the EOC mark is on the last page:

• Any job where there is not BOC and EOC in the scan definition and the
EOC is fed first (either it is printed on the first sheet for all folds other then
Top Address Z fold or is printed on the first sheet and running a Top Ad-
dress Z fold), then the job cannot be run from the tower.
• If the job has both an EOC and BOC mark for the cases listed above, then
the job can be made to run by putting the EOC in the place of the BOC
and the BOC in the place of the EOC in the scan configuration.
• If a job only has a BOC or EOC, you would need to turn the EOC into
BOC and vice versa in the scan configuration.
