Code 3 of 9 Character Set with Binary Equivalent

Code 39 or Code 3 of 9 is so called as its made up of 9 elements (5 black
bars with 4 spaces) these elements can be a wide element or a narrow ele-
ment but there is only ever 3 wide elements in any code.
