When the breakers open and they need to reclose immediately, then the
adjustable timer 6252 GB load time or 6615 MB load time must expire before
closing is possible. This is the time the breaker uses to reload the spring.
If the digital inputs 'MB spring loaded' and 'GB spring loaded' are configured,
then they must be activated before the breakers can close.
