ribs.   S ecure   t he   l id.  
Set   t he   d ial   o n   t he   p ressure   c ooker   t o   4 5   m inutes.  
When   c ook   @ me   i s   c omplete,   a nd   p ressure   i s   f ully   r eleased,   o pen   l id  
with   c au@on.
