(2) Faulty station information
The bit corresponding to the faulty station is set. (0: Normal, 1: Abnormal)
The bit is reset after the fault is recovered.

With other than Ethernet connection: 0 to 127
Example) With Ethernet connection, when PC No. 100 CPU connecting to Ch3 is faulty, GS327.b3 is set.
