The AC/DC adapter is a Safety Class 1 Product (provided with a
protective earthing ground incorporated in the power cord). The
mains plug shall only be inserted in a socket outlet provided with a
protective earth contact. Any interruption of the protective
conductor inside or outside of the product is likely to make the
product dangerous. Intentional interruption is prohibited.
Use only the designated AC/DC adapter supplied with the
instrument.
Use only the designated power cord supplied with the AC/DC
adapter.
No operator serviceable parts inside this product. Do not perform
any unauthorized modification to the product. Return the product to
Keysight Technologies or a designated repair center for service to
ensure that safety features are maintained.
Operated at an ambient temperature: 0 to 40°C; full power rating;
derate linearly to 50 W at 50°C.
Maximum output rating: +15V/4.0 A.
Input rating: AC 100–250 V, 50/60Hz
Main Plug: Use a 3–pin main plug that complies with IEC 60884–1,
Plugs and Socket–Outlets for Household and Similar Purposes –
Parts1: General Requirements and country specific safety authority
requirements, such as UL, SA, BSI, VDE, CCC, SA, NZ, and PSE.
Appliance Connector: Use an appliance connector certified to IEC
60320–1/EN 60320–1 requirements
To prevent electrical shock, disconnect the AC to DC adapter from
the mains before cleaning. Use a dry cloth or one slightly dampened
with water to clean the external case parts. Do not attempt to clean
internally.
