meter reading. Based on your Dexcom G5, you determine if you should dose, eat carbs, or do
nothing.
You still need your BG meter to calibrate the Dexcom G5 and as a backup when your CGM
data does not reflect how you feel or if you don't have enough information on your trend
screen.

G5 Mobile App
You now have an option for how you view your information and enter data. After downloading
the app, you can monitor your glucose and enter information from your smart device.

to discreetly see your glucose information.
G5 Mobile App for Apple Watch
Check your CGM information on your wrist! The G5 Mobile app supports Apple Watch* and
can be used to discreetly view your glucose reading, trend arrow, and trend graph.

G5 Mobile Widget in Apple Today View
Check your CGM information on your smart device without needing to open the app, even
when the device is locked. Swipe down from the top of your screen to access the G5 Mobile
widget in the Apple Today view. This is where you might check the weather or stocks if using
the default settings.
