The Alarm1, Alarm2, System and Fault LEDs are mirrored on the LOMlite2 card
visible from the rear of the system (see Section 1.4.2, "LOMlite 2 LEDs" on page 1-8).

Green Illuminated continuously while power is
supplied to the system.
Green Off (or reset) during power up procedures
and illuminated when UNIX is running and
the Alarms driver is installed. This LED is
reset by a hardware Watchdog timeout, or
whenever the user-defined Alarm3 is
asserted.
Amber Illuminated whenever the user-defined
Alarm1 is asserted
Amber Illuminated whenever the user-defined
Alarm2 is asserted
Green Illuminated when the input voltage from
feeder A is above 37 V
Off when Input A is below 35 V
Not used by the AC100
Green Illuminated when the input voltage from
feeder B is above 37 V
Off when Input B is below 35 V
Not used by the AC100
Amber Driven by the LOMlite2 module under
identified system fault conditions
Green Illuminated when Disk0 is active
Blue Illuminated, in response to a user request,
when Disk0 can be removed safely without
affecting the system operation
Amber Illuminated when the system has identified a
fault in Disk0
