13.1.2 SIP Endpoints

Shows the sessions that are currently being managed by ALG.
Note
All clients that are not used for longer than 24 hours are automatically deleted from the
table.
13.1.2.1 Edit/New
Choose the
icon to edit existing entries. Choose the New button to add static entries for
SIP servers / proxies in the LAN that are to be accessible across the NAPT barrier.
Only if terminals are to be logged into externally on an internal server, you must enter val-
ues for the SIP server.

Description
The ports can be provider-specific.
Enter the time in seconds for which a session stays up if no
data packets are sent or received.
This value must be greater than the SIP Expire Time of the con-
nected SIP client (SIP telephone, terminal adapter etc.)
The default value is 1800.
Specify whether a mechanism should be used to minimise the
transit time of VoIP data packets between two subscribers. This
guarantees good voice quality with high line load.
Note that Low Latency Transmission does not have to be
switched on if the media gateway supervises the VoIP connec-
tion.
The function is activated by choosing Enabled.
The function is disabled by default.
