9. Using a 3/8" drive ratchet, insert the wrench into
the square hole in the pump belt tensioner arm and
relieve the tension to install the hydrostatic pump
v-belt (Fig. 139).

10. Install two cable ties for the fuel line and the wiring
harness (Fig. 140).

11. Install the battery in the unit and connect the positive
and negative battery cables.
12. Check the hydraulic fluid in the reservoir tank. Add
oil if necessary, refer to Figure 006, page 2-5. Air
will need to be purged in the system. Follow the
procedures on Purging the Hydraulic System, page
4-13.
13. Check the neutral adjustment. Follow procedures
for Adjusting the Handle Neutral, page 4-24.
14. Install the engine belt shield and the engine access
panel. Install the two knobs (Fig. 141).
