Stacco forcella anteriore
Rilevare la quota "A" da ripristinare al rimontaggio, inserire un supporto
sotto il motore in modo da avere la ruota anteriore sollevata da terra ed
operare come segue:
-rimuovere le viti (1), il cavallotto che fissa la tubazione freno ed il cavo
strumento (TE, SMR) al copristelo;
- rimuovere le viti (2) ed il copristelo;
- rimuovere la pinza freno dallo stelo sinistro svitando le due viti (3) di
fissaggio;
- rimuovere la ruota anteriore nel modo descritto a pag. I.12;
- allentare le quattro viti (4) e (5) che fissano ciascun fodero alla testa ed
alla base di sterzo;
- sfilare gli steli.
Al rimontaggio, controllare la distanza "B" tra magnete (6) sul disco freno e
sensore (7) sulla pinza freno. Ristabilire la quota "A" rilevata inizialmente.
Removing the front fork
Take note of measure "A" which must be restored when reassembling. Set
a support under the engine to lift the front wheel from the ground, working as
follows:
-remove the screws (1), the brake hose and the instrument cable (TE, SMR)
clamp on the fork tube guard;
- remove the screws (2) and the fork tube guard;
- remove the brake caliper from the L.H. fork tube by unscrewing the two
fastening screws (3);
- remove the front wheel following the instructions on page I.12;
- unloose the front screws (4) and (5) fastening each fork slider to the
steering head and steering base;
- remove the fork legs.
When reassembling, check the distance "B" between magnet (6) on the
brake disc and sensor (7) on the brake caliper. Restore the starting
measure "A".
Démontage de la fourche avant
Relever la mesure "A", à utiliser au remontage. Inserér un support dessous
le moteur de façon à avoir la roue avant soulevée du sol. Opérer comme
suit:
-enlever les vis (1) et le cavalier de fixation du tuyau du frein et câble du
l'instrument (TE, SMR) au couvre-tige;
- enlever les vis (2) et le couvre-tige;
- enlever l'étrier de frein du fourreau gauche en dévissant les deux vis de
fixation (3);
- retirer la roue avant en suivant les instructions contenues dans le page
I.12;
- desserrer les quatre vis (4) et (5) qui fixent chaque tube portant à la tête de
direction et à la base de direction;
- extraiire les tiges.
Au remontage, controlêr la distance "B" aimant (6) -capteur (7) sur l'etrier et
rétablir la mesure "A" detectée au début.

1: 5,6÷6,2 Nm/ 0,57÷0,63 Kgm/ 4.1÷4.5 ft-lb
2: 7,85 Nm/ 0,8 Kgm/ 5.8 ft-lb
3: 25,5 Nm/ 2,6 Kgm/ 18.8 ft-lb
