RIMONTAGGIO MOTORE
ENGINE REASSEMBLY

WIEDERZUSAMMENBAU DES MOTORS
REENSEMBLAJE MOTOR
Posizionare l'albero motore sul piano della pressa come indicato nella figura
(deve appoggiare sul piano solo la parete interna del semivolano sinistro) e,
utilizzando per la fasatura una spina (1) da 4 mm come indicato nella figura ,
montare l'ingranaggio (2) rinvio contralbero. Rimuovere la spina dopo il
montaggio.
Reassembly of counter balancing shaft driving gear
Put the flywheel on the press as shown in picture (with the left half-flywheel
surface on the press plane) and assemble the layshaft driving gear (2) on the
flywheel (use a 4 mm - 0.16 in. pin (1) for correct assembly as shown in the
picture). Remove pin after assembly.
Remontage engrenage renvoi contre-arbre
Positionner l'arbre moteur sur le plan de la presse comme indiqué dans
l'illustration (il doit appuyer sur le plan seulement le paroi intérieur du demivolant
gauche) et, en utilisant pour l'assemblage correct une épine (1) de 4 mm comme
indiqué sur l'illustration, monter l'engrenage (2) renvoi contre-arbre. Enlever
l'épine après l'assemblage.
Wiederzusammensetzung Zahnradvorgelege Worgelegewelle
Die Antriebswelle auf der Plan der Presse positionieren wie geeignet in die
Figur (muß er sich an den alleinen Plan die Innen Wand des
Halbschwungräder anlehnen ich schädige) und den Zahnradvorgelege
Worgelegewelle (2) montieren (für die Montage eine Stift (1) von 4 mm, wie auf
ihn in der Figur gezeigt wird). Der Stift nach der Montage abnehmen.
Reensemblaje engranaje rinvio contra-eje
Posicionar el eje motor sobre el plan de la prensa como indicada en la figura (tiene
que apoyar en el plan solo la pared interior del semivolante izquierdo) y, utilizando
por el montaje una espina (1) de 4 mm como indicado en la figura, montar el
engranaje (2) rinvio contra-eje. Remover la espina después del montaje. .
Misurare con un calibro di profondità l'altezza "B" tra cuscinetto e piano unione
