Getting Started – Through this link you can find general operating instructions for the HN9200
modem, recommended settings for your browser and TCP/IP, answers to frequently asked
questions, and troubleshooting information.
Browsing Optimization Utility – The Browser Optimization Utility is a software utility you
can download that configures certain settings on your Windows computer to improve your
Internet browsing performance. (This link is only present if it has been enabled by the NOC.)
View Help Topics – Opens the Help page, which includes a variety of topics such as
recommended browser and TCP/IP settings.
Contact information – Opens to a page that provides contact information for assistance and
additional information.
Restart HN9200 – Restarts the satellite modem.

on the country where the modem is used and the customer's service plan.
Go to myHughesNet provides access to the HughesNet Web Portal, which contains a variety
