Remove the four upper crankcase bolts.
Turn the engine over.
Remove the fifteen 6 mm and eleven 8 mm lower
crankcase bolts.
_ _ CAUTION _
Loosen the bolts in 2-3 steps in a criss-cross
pattern
to
prevent distorting the crankcase.
Separate the crankcase.

(1) MOLYBDENUM D ISULFIED
CRANKCASE ASSEMBLY
Apply molybdenum disulfied grease to the shift
fork grooves and the crankshaft main bearings.
