REAR WHEEl/SUSPENSION
SWINGARM
REMOVAL
Remove the rear shock absorber (page 14·9).
Remove the cotter pin from the rear brake torque
link bolt and remove the bolt.
Remove the rear brake hose from the clamp on the
swingarm.

REAR BRAKE TORGUE LINK BOLT
(1) DRIVE CHAIN CASE
Remove the drive chain case.
(1) PIVOT CAP
(2) PIVOT SOL T
Remove the swingarm pivot caps.
Loosen the swingarm pivot bolt nut and remove the
nut and bolt.
Remove the swingarm from the frame.
(3) PIVOT SOL T NUT
