REAR WHEEL/SUSPENSION
PIVOT BEARING REPLACEMENT
Remove the snap ring from the swingarm right
pivot.
Drive the ball bearings out of the swingarm with
driver shaft.
Using a hydraulic press, press the needle bearing
out of the swingarm with driver shaft and driver
head.

Apply molybdenum disulfied grease to the ball bear­
ing cavities and inside of the needle bearing.
Drive new ball bearings in the swingarm right pivot
squarely with the maker mark facing out until they
are fully seated.
Install the snap ring.
