HYDRAULIC BRAKES
(1) CALIPER PIN SOL T
Install the caliper to the bracket so the disc is posi­
tioned between the pads. being careful not to dam­
age the pads.
Tighten the caliper mount bolt and pin bolt.
TORQUE:
CALIPER MOUNT BOLT:
20-25
N·m

Tighten the pad pin retainer bolt.
TORQUE:
8-13

CALIPER MOUNT SOL T
REAR BRAKE PAD REPLACEMENT
(1)
PAD PIN RETAINER BOLT
Loosen the pad pin retainer bolt.
Loosen the caliper mount bolt and remove it from
the caliper bracket.
Pivot the caliper_up out of the way and remove the
caliper from the bracket.
Replace the rear brake pads using the same method
as used for front brake pad replacement.

Before installing the caliper to the bracket. apply
silicone grease to the caliper pin bolt boot and call­
per pin bolt. and make sure that the retainer clip is
in position on the bracket.
TORQUE:
