Ñ Framing error (dribbling bits) handling

Ñ Enforces the collision (jamming and TX_ER assertion)
Ñ Truncated binary exponential backoff algorithm for random wait
Ñ Two nonaggressive backoff modes
Ñ Automatic frame retransmission (until retry limit is reached)
