Before you begin library operations, check the following:
Installation and Operation
If the library and tape
drives are not operating
as expected:
If there is an error code
displayed on the LCD:
If you cannot solve the
problem yourself:
The data cartridge magazines are installed.
The calibration block is stored in the calibration block slot.
The robot gripper does not contain a cartridge.
The library door is closed and locked.
The library is in the proper control mode. The standard
operating mode is SCSI (see
