To replace the air filter:

Use a # 2 Phillips screwdriver to remove the two screws that
secure the air filter cover to the outside of the library.
Pull on the outside edge of the air filter cover and rotate it
slightly so that the metal tabs release from the inside edge of
the panel (closest to the library door).
Remove the air filter cover.
Pull out the old air filter.
