2.16.7 [10-5] Miscellaneous

The Intercept Routing feature can activate when the destination of an incoming call is unavailable, or
when there is no destination for the call, to reroute the call to an alternate destination.
Intercept—Intercept Routing - Busy (Destination is busy) (not available for
MPR Software File Version 3.1000 or later)
Enables the Intercept Routing—Busy feature to activate when the original destination is busy.
Value Range
Disable (Busy Tone): Sends a busy tone to the caller. (However, for a call through an LCOT/ELCOT
or T1 [LCOT/GCOT] card, the caller hears a ringback tone while the call waits for the original
destination to become idle.)
Enable: Redirects the call to the intercept destination

mode.
