The cascading topology, the master/slave relationship and the dialing
direction determines the set-up procedure:
• RMX to RMX
• MGC to RMX
• MGC to MGC

To establish the links between two RMXs requires the following
procedures be performed:
• Establish the Master-Slave relationships between the cascaded
conferences by defining the dialing direction.
