Notification of a new user/administrator connecting
to the RMX

The conference is not full and additional participants
are defined for the conference.
A welcome message after user/administrator logon.
Updates you of any new alarm that occurred.
Updates you when the faults list is updated (new
faults are added or existing faults are removed).
