Settings in Key Operator Mode
(3) E.K.C. Function Setting
Enable or disable the E.K.C. features. Specify what happens when a copy
limit is reached.

Call up E.K.C. mode.
The submenu appears.

Press the [3]
The screen for configuring the settings appears.

Press the [EKC On] or [EKC Off] to enable or disable the E.K.C.
function.
or
Press the [Copy/Printer] key to enable or disable the copier/printer
counter.
or
Press the [Scanner] key to enable or disable the scanner counter.

Specify what happens when a copy limit is reached.

[Immediately]
The copy job is interrupted immediately. No more copies can be
made.
H
[After job]
The copy job in process will still be completed. After it, no other
copy jobs can be started.
H
[Warning]
A warning is displayed. Copies, however, may continue to be
made without restriction.
