Meaning
Shows the job number assigned to the job by the system (01-99)
Shows which system mode is applied to the reserve job:
• Copier
• Printer
• Scanner
• Ready
• Scanning
• Printing
• Error
• Interrupt
• No paper
• Stop
• Reserve
• Jam
Shows the number of scanned originals for the job (0 to 9999)
Shows the number of pages that still have to be printed. The
total number is a combination of the number of scanned
originals x the number of copies.
If a vertical arrow is displayed behind the number 9999, the
remaining number of pages is greater than 9999.
Shows the remaining time required to complete the job.
If a vertical arrow is displayed behind the number 999, the
remaining time is greater than 999 minutes.
If less than 1 minute is left, it is indicated by: <1.
There are no copy/print jobs
Documents are being scanned into
memory
The current job is being processed
A malfunction has occurred
The current job has been
interrupted
A required size of paper is not
loaded
The current job has been stopped
The system is ready for the
reserved job
A paper misfeed has occurred
