Storing and Printing a Job

(Only available if an auxiliary hard drive is installed.)
When the job is finished, save its data to the hard drive. Print the job
immediately afterwards.

Press the [Output Menu] key.
The output menu is displayed.

Press the [HDD Store] key.
The dialog for entering the 8-digit image store password is displayed.

Enter the image store password using the touch screen keypad.
? Did you enter an incorrect number?
§ Press the [1-Character Delete] key as necessary to delete your
input character for character. Then enter the correct image store
password.
